CNC Machining

Our extensive CNC machining division has the flexibility to produce rapid prototypes, one-off, low and high volume runs.

Our equipment inventory includes 5, 4 and 3-axis machining centers, 4-axis lathes, wire & die sink EDM centres in addition to traditional mills and lathes.

To ensure we remain on the leading edge of technology, we acquire industry leading equipment then continually maintain and update it along with the knowledge and skills of our people.

Plastic Injection Molding

Our Plastic Injection Molding division houses plastic injection machinery with capacities ranging from 20 to 250 tons.

These high-output machines provide our customers with a broad range of injection molding capabilities.

Rapid Prototyping

We are able to work with you to create rapid prototypes of your new designs and products.

We have the capability and experience to scale production from small testing runs to large production orders.

CAD/CAM Design

E.T.M. Industries is an industry leader through the selective implementation of leading-edge technologies and best practices.

Our in-house CAD/CAM engineering team are experienced in moving a project from concept to a finished part using software such as Mastercam, Camplete and SolidWorks.

CAD/CAM systems interface directly with our CNC Machining Centers on the shop floor.

Fabrication, Finishing & Assembly

Fabrication – installation of EMI shielding, nut plates, ground studs, gaskets, PEM nuts
Finishing – shot peening, sandblasting, Cadmium plating, chemical film, anodizing, iriditing, painting or powdercoating
Marking – labeling, inkjet, stamping, dot preening, silk screening or painting of logos
Assembly – assembly of sub-systems
Inspection – Magnetic particle, liquid penatrant and X-Ray

We order and process all additional sub-components, coordinate timely delivery, and provide our customers with the finished assembly.

Custom Tools, Dies and Molds

One consistent strength of E.T.M. Industries is the knowledge and expertise we have in producing quality tools and fixtures. Time and again, we have proven that investing in these tools more than pays for their cost in the long run.
E.T.M. Industries began as a tool, die and fixture manufacturer and, today, our customer benefit from this extensive knowledge. Many of our machining fixtures and production tools are manufactured and repaired right in our plant reducing costs and downtime while improving reliability.

The capability to make our own tools and provide consistent quality has resulted in our ability to win contracts from major business sectors including but limited to Aircraft, Space, Military, Automotive, Mining, Telecommunication and Medical.

In response to our customer’s needs, we create our own plastic injection tools and molds, providing a significant advantage to our customers.

First-off parts are promptly formed, meaning volume production begins earlier than industry norms, and our customer’s products reach the marketplace faster.
